Start with Rockstar’s current announcement

Rockstar’s official GTA VI page lists a release date of 19 November 2026, with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S named as platforms. This guide was checked on 29 October 2026. Visit the official GTA VI page before making a purchase or planning around the date.

A countdown is a date tracker

A timer is useful for following the announced day. It does not establish the precise unlock time for your console, account region or store. Check your platform’s own listing for that information. If an announcement changes, a countdown that has not refreshed can become wrong.

Keep preorder information current

Use the preorder links on Rockstar’s current site. Old articles and cached data can still contain forecasts about when preorders might open. A forecast written months ago is not a current store status.

What our tracker tells you

GTA6Navi’s facts page shows the last import time and, when supplied, the date of the provider’s underlying fact baseline. Those are different dates: fetching an old fact today does not verify it today. Use the tracker as a starting point and follow the official source for a final check.
